We can’t rate Precision Garage Doors highly enough! Justin came early on a Saturday morning to fix our half open and broken garage door. Our home was subject to security concerns overnight as it was open and we faced a field of homeless individuals camping across from our house. Justin assured us he could fix it and promptly and professionally did that. It was not an easy task for him, as Pueblo was experiencing very high winds. We are truly grateful for Justin’s work!

I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and what he could do to fix it. He moved the light sensors on the small garage door. He checked other items and said they are fine. We checked it before he left & the door was closing properly. He was professional & personable.

I’m sorry to say you did not meet my expectations. I was totally misled as to the cost of replacing a spring and cables. Granted this was the only company open and available on a Saturday. I appreciated Joshua coming to my home. Once I was quoted a price of almost $700 I was not expecting it left me speechless. It did cost me $79 service fee to come to my home which I did agree to. I managed to find another company who charged less than half of what I was quoted. My suggestion to all who need service. Shop around before you commit. You probably will find a much better price.

My daughter found you on Google. Our repairman John showed up on time with coffee and breakfast biscuits. He assessed the situation and presented me with several options to repairing my garage door. After choosing one he got straight to work an finished in what seemed like a short time. It was a stress free pleasant experience. John’s work was excellent!
